Tenuta Sant'Ilario is a charming indipendent house situated a few steps from the main villa of this stunning estate of approx.60 hectares in the Fiorentine Chianti hills a few kilometres from the major cities of art in Tuscany,such as Florence, San Gimignano, Sienna and Volterra.

There you can find 3 independent villas two of which are provided with a private swimming-pool (Montagnola, Cabbiallina) and 1 with a shared swimming-pool (Sant'Ilario) for a number of 6 persons; 1 flat for 2 persons (Chiosco), 2 flats for 6 persons (Certosa, Orcio), 2 flats for 4+2 persons (Loggia, Reggia), 2 flats for 4 persons (Volta, Belvedere), all of them allowing to add additional beds. Besides, in ghr middle of a former 13th-century monastery there is a cloister overlooked by six marvellous suite rooms. The flats and the suites are provided with a swimming-pool 18x6 m large.
